The ZQ series drilling fluid mud cleaner produced and sold by our company Huichi petro is a vibration, sand removal and mud removal all-in-one machine. It is a new generation of second- and third-level solid control equipment for drilling mud. It combines the desander, desilter and bottom flow vibrating screen into one. The drilling fluid mud cleaner has a compact structure, occupies a small area, and has powerful functions. It is an ideal and efficient cleaner equipment for second- and third-level solid phase control of drilling mud. It is mainly used to remove solid phase particles of 20 to 120 μm in drilling fluid, save drilling fluid, and provide good conditions for subsequent centrifuges to further separate harmful solid phases in drilling fluid. It can effectively control the solid phase content of drilling fluid, increase drilling speed, and protect oil and gas layers, especially in the deep well stage. Effectively play the role of mud and sand removal.

The ZQ series drilling fluid cleaner produced and sold by our company Huichi petro is mainly composed of sand removal components, mud removal components, bottom flow collection bins, inlet and overflow manifolds and cleaning vibrating screens.

According to the installation location and drilling process requirements, the ZQ series drilling fluid cleaner can be used in several combinations, such as desanding + cleaning screen, desilting + cleaning screen, or desanding + desilting + cleaning screen, or the cleaning screen can be used directly as a drilling fluid vibrating screen.

Under normal circumstances, the desander group is mainly used to remove sandy solids of 44~74μm, the desilter group is used to remove muddy solids of 20~44μm, and the cleaning screen is used to recover liquid phase or barite.
