Product Overview
The Casing Cup Tester produced and sold by our company Huichi Petro
is a high-pressure pressure test tool designed for oil, gas and
water well casing and blowout preventer (BOP) systems. It is widely
used in oilfield drilling, completion and pipeline sealing and
integrity testing scenarios. In the process of oil and gas
extraction, the good condition of the casing is directly related to
the well pressure control, fluid transportation and the safety and
sustainability of extraction. By placing the Casing Cup Tester
inside the casing, the casing can be accurately and quickly tested
for sealing layered pressure, and potential leaks and defects can
be found in time to ensure the sealing and safety of wellhead
equipment in accordance with API standards (such as API 7-1).

Working Principle
When the Casing Cup Tester is working, the sealing cup is tightly
attached to the inner wall of the casing through a mechanical
device to form a closed test space. Then a test medium (usually
nitrogen or water) with a certain pressure is injected into the
space, and the pressure sensor is used to monitor the pressure
changes in the test space in real time. If there is a leak in the
casing, the pressure in the test space will drop rapidly, and the
sensor will transmit the pressure change signal to the control
system. After analysis and processing, the system accurately
displays the leak location and amount.

o Made of reinforced rubber material, it can withstand high
temperature and high pressure under extreme working conditions to
ensure test sealing.

drilling tool connection specifications such as NC26, NC31, NC38,
and NC50.
4. Convenient operation
o The tool has a compact structure (about 2.1-3.2 feet in length),
high installation and recovery efficiency, and is suitable for well
site and mining area pipe pile testing.
