The JZ series steering weight indicator produced and sold by our
company Huichi petro is a drilling operation instrument that
combines the dual functions of a traditional weight indicator and a
sensitivity indicator. Structural composition: Deadine anchor,
steel wire line, sensor, hose, recorder, weight indicator.
The weight indicator produced by our company Huichi petro is small
and light, with reasonable design and quick installation. The
weight indicator is small in size and light in weight, which
greatly facilitates carrying and installation. It abandons the
traditional sensor method and adopts the anchor sensor design,
making the structure more reasonable and significantly improving

fast, flexible and convenient. Users only need to clamp the sensor
directly at the root of the dead rope to easily achieve pressure
conduction. The entire installation process can be completed in
just 5-10 minutes. The weight indicator is mainly composed of a
secondary weight indicator, an anchor sensor and a high-pressure
rubber hose, and each component works together.

suitable for: a display instrument that indicates and records the
changes of the hanging weight and drilling pressure of drilling

drilling rigs and well repairing rigs in petroleum and geological
exploration, helping drilling drivers to master the use of drilling
rigs. By observing the changes in drilling pressure, operators can
judge the contact between the drill bit and the formation, master
the working parameters of the well repairing rig in drilling or
well repairing operations, and judge the working status of the
drilling tools, so as to adjust the drilling speed and feed
pressure, avoid excessive wear or damage to the drill bit, and
improve drilling efficiency. It is generally used in conjunction
with a recorder, a dead rope fixer or a sensor.
The drilling weight indicator can not only accurately measure and
monitor key parameters such as the hanging weight and drilling
pressure of the big hook, but also provide high-precision readings
to ensure the safety and efficiency of drilling operations. Its
inner ring scale is designed specifically for displaying the
hanging weight of the big hook, which is achieved by precisely
measuring the displacement of the spring tube, and the displacement
is directly related to the hanging weight. The outer scale is used
to display the net drilling pressure, that is, the actual pressure
acting on the drill bit. This value directly reflects the pressure
condition when the drill bit contacts the formation. In addition,
the drilling weight indicator also has the characteristics of
flexible range. Its range will be adjusted according to the number
of ropes of the traveling pulley, so as to flexibly adapt to
different drilling operation requirements. In terms of operation,
the drilling weight indicator is also designed to be very
user-friendly, such as zeroing steps and drilling process
monitoring, which greatly facilitates the use of operators.

5. The hydraulic pipeline length is standard and customizable. The
standard length is 6 meters, and other lengths can be customized to
meet the application needs of different scenarios.
6. Equipped with multiple dials, each set of weight indicator
comes with 10 dials, which is convenient for quick replacement
during maintenance or replacement.
